Really impressed with my experience at Taylor-West. Thorough eye examination which left me feeling very reassured, while Ibo was incredibly helpful when choosing and fitting glasses. Great options available. The lenses I chose were very clear and it’s the best I’ve ever seen when wearing glasses.

The staff are courteous and very approachable with a service that has exceeding my expectation of a optometrists. Frames come in various designs that as a customer will surely have the pleasure of finding your desired frames. Furthermore, their website design is a testament and mimics to their style of service they provide. Storefront is well maintained and open with plenty of natural light to display their quality.

A wonderful practice, it’s small and so feels friendly and welcoming, and yet it’s got all the modern equipment. It was great to be walked through the results of my eye examination by Kyrstie and learn from it and not feel rushed. Ibo was super helpful in choosing from a collection of very nice frames. A great experience overall!

Great staff very meticulous in making sure that the fitting was correct.Great choice of frames and good advice about the frames. I love them despite my husband telling me that I am not “young anymore to wear such glasses”. Who cares, my children and grandchildren also found them “cool”.
